Ritual is not a luxury of the past

it’s the medicine
we forgot we needed

In a world shaped by rapid change and rising turmoil, where the sacred vanishes with every scroll:
Ritual roots us in awareness, keeps us sane, and reminds us of our belonging to all life.

My Offering

✧ as MC - Mistress of Ceremony, I craft ritual spaces for individuals and groups crossing meaningful thresholds that are co-created with Mystery, Tradition and those who gather

✧ as Ritual Performance Artist, I offer ceremonial enactments that embody archetypal truths
not as roles to play, but as forces to inhabit.

Rituals you may request through me:

Because…
- it invites us to slow down, to find coherence when the soul feels scattered, and to reweave ourselves into life’s deeper rhythm

- it grounds us in moments of transition and reconnects us with the very organism we live upon, reminding us that the Earth is alive, listening, and longing for our participation.

- it honors our ancestors, while it also meets the urgency of now
- it reminds us that we are part of something larger, cyclical, and sacred
- it makes us aware that we are co-creators of what’s to come

With years of experience as a space holder, voice guide, dancer and teacher in shamanic practice, I offer intuitive and intentional ceremonies - shaped by presence and aliveness to the moment.

WHY RITUAL?

Rites of Passage

For moments when life asks you to become someone new.
These Rites honor the thresholds that reshape us: from moving cities to shifting identities, from marriage to separation, from new beginnings to sacred endings.
Transitions like birth, death, coming of age, first menstruation, or menopause are met with reverence, reflection, and ritual.

As an experienced space crafter and Mistress of Ceremony, I design each rite in deep attunement with the individual or group: intuitive, intentional, and shaped by the unique essence of the transition.
Together, we create space to release what was, bless what is, and welcome what’s to come.

Self-Marriage

A sacred vow not to someone else, but to your own wholeness.
As the Priestess of Wild Self-Love, I guide you in a deeply personal ceremony to marry yourself: your path, your pleasure, your integrity.
Whether celebrated alone or witnessed in circle, this ritual honors your sovereignty and your commitment to live in devotion to your true self.

Love & Grief Temple

A ceremonial space where sound meets sorrow and celebration.
Through vocal ritual, somatic presence, and poetic guidance, we gather to honor love and grief not as opposites - but as two rivers of the same source.
This temple invites the sacred mess of being human and offers space to move, feel, weep, sing, and return to connection.

Truth Mandala

A collective rite of raw honesty and witnessing.
Rooted in the work of Joanna Macy, the Truth Mandala invites what usually stays buried: grief, rage, fear, and longing into the center of a sacred circle.
It’s not about being graceful. It’s about being real.
A ritual of deep ecology and soul-resilience for those ready to meet truth face-first, with trembling hands and open hearts.

Embodied FORUM

A group process for collective resonance and honest repair.

This offering weaves the silent truth of the body with the spoken truth of the heart. Rooted in my background in Authentic Movement and years of experience of participating in as well as facilitating Forum: the conflict-resolution and sharing practice from the ZEGG community in Germany - this space invites what lies beneath the surface to be seen, felt, and met.

Together, we slow down.
We listen with more than ears.
Through movement, reflection, and speaking directly from the heart, we reveal what stirs beneath the surfaces in group dynamics, unspoken tensions, and the quiet longing to feel connected and understood.

I guide the process and offer impulses. We hold the space together. bravely witnessing and giving voice to what is truly stirring within and between us.

This is a peace practice - a kind of mental and emotional hygiene for communities ready to grow in clarity, courage, and care.

Movement Rituals

A grounded return to presence through embodied motion.

This is not about choreography. It’s about showing up with the body first.
Rooted in my professional background as a trained dancer and performer, these rituals draw from two distinct practices of somatic movement awareness: Authentic Movement and Contemplative Dance Practice.
Both offer profound tools for self-inquiry, grounding, and deep presence, beyond words.

Authentic Movement

The inner impulse becomes visible in the presence of a witness.

Originating from the work of Mary Starks Whitehouse and further developed by Janet Adler, Authentic Movement is a one-on-one or small group practice where the mover follows inner impulses with eyes closed, while a witness holds the space with non-judgmental attention.

As someone deeply trained in improvisation and somatic awareness, I guide and hold this sacred container where movement becomes a doorway to the unconscious, to memory, to clarity. The witness role is central. It allows what was once unseen or unspoken to be acknowledged and integrated through presence.

Contemplative Dance Practice

A collective space for embodied listening and expression.

Founded by Barbara Dilley at Naropa University, this practice weaves meditation, open movement, and structured improvisation into a shared experience.
It invites us to tune in, then move from a place of inner truth, while being held in the awareness of the group.

I bring my years of experience in holding improvisational spaces into these sessions, my facilitation of the ScoreJAM Berlin being one of them. Here, we cultivate deep listening, personal expression, and relational awareness. Each session becomes a ritual for grounding, witnessing, and belonging - through the body.

Whether you join a private session or group field, Movement Rituals offer a space to remember yourself not as a brain with a body, but as a living, moving being with breath, pulse, and presence.

Earthline Transmission

A doorway to ancestral guidance and inner knowing.

Rooted in northern European traditions and inspired by Ingrid Kincaid’s Lost Teachings of the Runes, this ritual draws upon the silent strength of the staff as a bridge between worlds, between seen and unseen, past and present.

When you feel lost, scattered, or far from yourself, this practice invites you back into connection with the ground beneath, the blood behind, and the soul within.

It’s a ritual of listening beyond the mind, where the body becomes oracle, and wisdom rises from the bones of the earth.

“Earthline”

= a deep, energetic thread that connects an individual to the living memory of the Earth - including ancestral roots, elemental forces, and the body’s innate knowing.
It is where the soul’s path meets the wisdom of the land.
A line of communication between your body and the unseen intelligence of the world beneath and around you.

Guided Trance for Transformation

Ceremonial space for expanded states of consciousness

This offering invites you into a carefully held space of inner exploration: where altered states become portals for healing, remembrance, and creative insight. With the support of sacred medicines such as ceremonial cacao, plant allies, breath, sound, darkness and movement, we journey beyond the surface and into the deeper currents of your being.

Each ritual is attuned to your intention and capacity, allowing you to soften the veil between
worlds, meet the wisdom that lives within, and reweave your relationship with self and life.

This work isn’t for everybody and it does not involve the provision or administration of any prohibited substances. It is designed for those who choose to walk these inner pathways -
and seek experienced support before, during, or after such journeys.

Dance Ceremony

A devoted space to listen, move, and remember.

For many years, I created and held AbunDance - Ceremonial Dance Journeys in Berlin: immersive settings of dance, prayer, and deep reconnection.

These gatherings became beloved spaces of transformation, inviting people to move with presence - not as a mere shake-off, but as a deep dance devotion to what was alive. Rooted in shamanic traditions and a longing to meet altar, intention, and the Great Mystery, AbunDance inspired others to birth sacred movement events of their own.

Each ceremony unfolded within a living temple field - a central fire, a quiet art corner, a threshold to meet ancestors and spirit guides, and an outside zone for verbal reflection. At the heart? The fire-altar, alchemizing it all.

Unlike many conscious dance spaces focused on external connection, AbunDance opened space to meet what is inner, invisible, ancestral, and sacred.
Participants stayed anchored in their inner experience while practicing being together inside it all - no part left behind, no truth too much.

Today, I offer these ceremonies as tailored journeys for groups, communities, or organizations. Each one is crafted in collaboration, held in reverence, and centered on a theme or transition: ancestral reconnection, inner guidance, rites of passage, and human evolution.

Here:
Dance becomes prayer.
Movement becomes the message.
Resonance becomes the temple.

I bring this temple with me wherever it’s being called - with clear intention and love.

Let us move what must be remembered and honored, expressed and transformed: together.

Singing Circle

To sing together is as ancient as communal dance - a shared breath, a collective pulse, a way to remember what we will never lose.
Circle songs invite coherence, harmony, and magic. They reconnect us to the intelligence that moves through all life - wordless, spacious, vibrating just beneath what we know.

I never meant to lead songs, but then Music called me back on the Contact floor - at festivals where people sang with wild hearts and bare feet to what I offered.
I resisted at first. I wasn’t that hippie girl chanting to the moon.
But the truth-bumps on my skin told a different story.

Since 2015, I’ve led songs at festivals, guided full-moon cacao ceremonies, and held intimate circles for private gatherings. Get a glimpse here:

I’ve compiled two booklets of songs from around the world and recorded sound snippets - available to supporters via Patreon or via request:

You can book me for private singing circles and ceremonial song leadership.

Cacao Prayer

We gather with the medicine of this sacred plant ally known to soften the armor around the heart, awaken warmth in the body, and tune us into the deeper currents of connection.

Long before it became a trend, Cacao was revered in Mesoamerican cultures as a food of the gods, as a doorway into gratitude, reverence, and presence. In this space, we remember why.

For me, cacao belongs beside song. Beside dance. Beside breath.
I’ve been guiding Cacao Circles for as long as I’ve held Singing Circles,
because really: music and ritual belong together.

We open the heart, not just with words or intention, but through the Soma: singing what’s true, moving what arises, feeling what wants to be felt.
This is not about doing it right - it’s about doing it together. A practice in community and attunement. A way to come back into rhythm with ourselves, each other, and life.

WOMBQUEST

this is the distilled ritual descent from my EARTHMOTHER heroine journey - retreats I’ve guided for childfree women over the years.
It arises from the deep pull to meet the womb as a gateway to mystery, a space of vast potential and inner truth.
Here, we enter the fertile unknown: where emptiness hums with possibility and insight waits in the silence.
This ceremony is a space of devotion, where grief, longing, desire, and deep questions can move freely.
We follow the pulse of the womb, ask what lives there, and receive what wants to be known.
WombQuest is an initiation to encounter your creative feminine force - unfiltered, sovereign, and alive with the intelligence of your own becoming.

Shadow Dance

A ritual of embodiment and emotional reclamation.
We dance with the feelings we once suppressed: rage, grief, shame, outrageous joy
and let them move, speak, and become known.
Shadow, in psychological terms, holds the aspects of ourselves we learned
to hide in order to belong.
Through movement, play, and deep body listening, we invite these exiled parts back into our awareness - so they can live, breathe, and belong.
This is not about fixing, but about becoming whole.
We travel lighter when the unseen is danced, not denied.
Come meet your shadow. It might just want to dance you back to life.
