Hi, I’m Anir

an artist who deeply believes in the creative pulse that lives inside all of us.
Reconnecting with that vibrancy, in myself and others, is the heart of my service.

My Path isn’t linear. It’s deeply entwined with the cycles I live by as the
earth-human and woman I am.
To give you a glimpse of some of the twists:

Studying Dance has unexpectedly led me back to my first profound love: Music.
And teaching and creating spaces around dance, ceremony, and deep ritual grew me into the art of space-holding and embodied leadership, and eventually guided me into hosting transformational retreats.

Then the Pandemic shifted it all once more. By getting slapped by what was happening within and around me and listening to what wasn’t within my deeper resonance anymore, I started letting go of all formats, one by one
and I sank: onto my knees, onto the floor - until I gave it all up. For years.
Allowing my identity to dissolve has eventually aligned my Soul with the Void - and its ultimate gift: Life.
I learned surrender.

I slowly immersed myself in training as a Sex, Love, and Relationship Coach which reconnected me to the most vibrant, primordial, and creative force at the core of all existence. Not always easy. But raw & real.

It took time. Now I’m returning,
playing with all the gifts I love bringing..

I hold certifications in Dance, Improvisation, and Performance;
as a VITA™ Coach and as an Aguahara Water Therapist.
I’ve been initiated into Tantra, Somatic Experiencing,
Nonviolent Communication, and Water Contact Dance.

For over a decade, I’ve devoted myself to working with large groups: teaching Contact Improvisation, holding Conscious Dances, Singing Circles, Sound Journeys, Ceremonies, and Retreats as spaces for evolving and remembering the sacred through the body. Now, my refined work leans toward more intimate settings - 1:1 sessions and smaller circles.

All my current offerings are grounded in a love for the Nervous System, a deep honoring of each unique human journey, and reverence for the validity of your pain - as well as your joy, which too is often exiled.

I’m guided by an animist worldview, shaped by ancestral remembrance, and devoted to rekindling our interconnectedness with all of life.
