as an artist, studied dancer and passionate singer, I surfed and served the world of conscious event creation and facilitation for over a decade, before realising what people mostly came to me for:

to find and remember their creative heart and to connect deeply with the aliveness that I dare to embody in my own evolutionary path to fully being the love I am and came here for.

On this path, the ways of Ceremony are as close to my being as the tree is to the forest.

I cannot help but create Ritual within all the offers that I give out.

There’s always been a strong recognition of the medicine of aware acts and deeds that we can go into together to remember, to heal, to come alive.

I sat in my first Sweatlodge at age 17 and ever since followed this deep call to work within the frames of the Sacred Arts and Ceremony.
There’s not been a lineage that I worked in as the only one, as the living force of adaptation moves and cultural crossover is a reality of my/our nomadic nature and the change inherent in everything.
(Yes, I’m aware of the cultural appropriation on the other end of this spectrum and I’m doing my best to be as respectful as I can to the teachings I was blessed to receive from native peoples within strong lineages such as the Lacota, Huni Kuin, the Yawanawa Tribe, the Mayan …)
There’s also some teachings of Tantra and Sacred Sexuality that I implemented in some of my work.

Most of the time, I draw my inspiration from being close with and deeply feeling my heart.

Some important steps to my vocational path

• Australia 2001-2002: initiation to my first freedom

• the heartbreak of not getting accepted to study music at university 2006

• falling in love with CI / Contact Improvisation in 2007 & starting to thoroughly practice and study this dance (non)form for many years
  - letting go of music

• studying and graduating in dance, improvisation and performance at TIP, Freiburg 2010-2013

• starting to teach CI in 2011

• answering the strong pull of giving singing circles and re-entering the world of music in a surprising way

• sitting with the Grandmother for the first time and more Medicines and start serving as a musician in Ceremonies 2011 - now

• VisionQuest 2018

• Burnout, Clinique & Pandemic

• studying with Layla Martin & get certified as a VITA Sex, Love & Relationship Coach in 2023
